Glengall Bridge, Isle of Dogs

Glengall Bridge Ltd, Business Village, Primarily a commercial office development with a small residential and retail element the 55,000sqm scheme spanned both sides of Millwall dock from Crossharbour to Millharbour and incorporated an iconic dutch bascule bridge between the residential elements at the heart of the scheme

Greenwich View, Isle of Dogs

Ogden Developments, Business Campus, including a series of 5 buildings comprising two 15,000sq ft office buildings and 3 semi-industrial buildings which were occupied by data centres. Designed on behalf of Richard Seifert and Partners
Pointe North, Greenwich View, Isle of Dogs

Ogden Developments - Unique bespoke office building for Ogden Developments own use. The building was supported entirely over the Millwall outer dock and coonected to the dockside by a short bridge which carried all the service connections. Designed on behalf of Richard Seifert and Partners
Alges Masterplan, Portugal

Mixed use waterfront development masterplan for a 5km stretch on the Tagus riverfront west of Lisbon. The scheme included commercial and high quality residential accommodation, retail and leisure, all arranged around a new commercial marina. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
London Bridge Station, Southwark

Railtrack/ Thameslink, – Masterplan and redevelopment proposals (1998-2001) incorporating new station, 200,000 sq ft shopping centre and 750,000 sq ft over site office building which obtained planning consent in 2000. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
London Bridge Station, Southwark

Network Rail/ Thameslink, London Bridge Station (2006-2011) – Redevelopment proposals incorporating new station and retail development. Masterplan and RIBA stage 2 scheme design, which was then completed by Grimshaw in the implementation phase
Shortlisted for the Stirling Prize 2019.

Kauchuk factory redevelopment, Moscow, Russia

Masterplan feasibility study to support a purchase bid. This large residential scheme included a continuous perimeter of residential buildings surrounding a new urban park with super-prime apartment towers and free form domed winter-gardens, retail and leisure facilities.

Berkeley Homes – Proposals incorporating 13 new houses and 43 new apartments around a new mews square close to Battersea Park. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
Point Pleasant, Wandsworth

Berkeley Homes (South Thames) Ltd, 48,000 sq ft six-storey new build apartment building containing 72 apartments and a basement car-park the apartments are based on a modular design system and the bay windows and balconies that enliven the primary facade afford oblique vies of the River Thames. Gilbey House, Camden.

Regalian Plc – Conversion and refurbishment of a 19th Century grade II listed warehouse building at Camden lock into 76 luxury apartments. The central courtyard formed at the heart of this Grade II listed warehouse is covered by a tensile canopy. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
Upper Richmond Road, Putney

Hanly Group, – A mixed use scheme for 125 apartments and 40,000 sq ft of office and retail space over a basement car park. The building spirals up around a central courtyard from three to 22 storeys. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
Kingsway Square, Wandsworth

St James Group, – Conversion of Grade II listed college building and major extension to provide 208 new apartments Site masterplan and designs to obtain planning consent. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
1-4 Great Tower Street, City of London

Harris and Crosfield, – 80,000 sq ft new office building with part retained façade in a City of London conservation area. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
The International Quarter, Stratford

Lend Lease - Proposals for plots S4-S5 and S6. Office designs for buildings of between 250,000 and 750,000 sq ft promoting an occupant focus and occupant well-being agenda. The site is adjacent to the QE II Olympic park. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
South Bank Central, Southwark

Hermes, Â 220,000 sq ft of Cat A office, 33,000 sq ft of retail space in two buildings heavily re-modelled at ground floor level. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
One Curzon Street, Westminster

Development Securities, – 250,000 sq ft new office building in the Mayfair conservation area. Winner of Commercial Real Estates Agents Best Office Building 1999. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
BP Headquarters, Dyce, Aberdeen

BP International, 250,000 sq ft new operational HQ consisting of a series of eight parallel, green roofed, office strips interlinked by shorter 'atria'. The scheme was based upon sustainable design principles to accommodate BP's strong ‘beyond petroleum’ environmental ethos. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
European Central Bank, Frankfurt

International competition for the design of a 1,000,000 sq ft new headquarters building. The design centred around two linked towers that were highly visible from all approaches, whilst the rest of the building folded out of the surrounding landscape and integrated with the existing market hall which housed the main debating chamber. tp bennett LLP were the only UK practice to reach the final shortlist. Hyland Edgar Driver – 8,000 sq ft new build offices for a landscape consultant with a sustainable agenda Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
Renaissance Chancery Court, Camden

HPI UKÂ - Conversion of Grade II office building which was previously the headquarters of Pearl Assurance into a 5 star hotel. Designed on behalf of tpbennett LLP
